Are you getting any money from the Government for environmental or social justice programs? If so what organizations are providing the funding?

Thanks Tri. I am happy to hear that you are scaling back. I assume this is the perennial challenge of a man whom God has given a visionary personality. My wife says I am about 1/3 visionary. That used to upset me, but I am becoming more comfortable with who I am and trusting my "steady" self and knowing when to let the visionary run free.

I met you briefly at the Idaho Env. Summit in Boise a few years back when I was working for Friends of the Clearwater, an environmental group, here in Moscow, ID.

I am now the father of four boys (ages 6, 4, 2, & 2 months) and am going back to school to earn my M.S. in Natural Resources and a teacher certification in the sciences. I appreciate the call to simplicity at this time. We have had it rather simple for the last year, which at times has been a challenge. We have been living in a fifth wheel and briefly in a pop-up camper and VW bus on a friend's farm since last June. We had plans to build, which fell through and my work as a carpenter got very slow. Biologists don't necessarily make good carpenters :) But we the small space and slow lifestyle (as slow as it can be with 4 boys) has been a time of drawing near to the Lord. He has been working a tendency toward anger out of me, making us a more intentional Christ-centered family, helping us to become more disciplined and consistent with our children.

I want to maintain the simplicity we have while entering into a potentially quite complex work situation (grad school). My project plans are to organize a week long science education camp in McCall for local private Christian and homeschooling 5th and 6th graders in Moscow. I am quite excited.

Well, thanks for listening to my long reply. I hope this finds you well and sipping black coffee in the mountains.

You have Luwig Feuerbach rather the Ludwig Feuerbach in your quote. Thought you'd like to be aware of the typo.
